Introduction. Diabetic nephropathy is a leading cause of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and is associated with significant morbidity. Beyond traditional clinical outcomes, health-related quality of life (HRQoL) has emerged as an important patient-centered measure. Objectives. The study aimed to evaluate health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients with diabetic nephropathy using the KDQOL-36 questionnaire and to identify the clinical and laboratory factors associated with its impairment.
